FIA NEEDS NEW MODS
Are you up to the task?
As we grow and evolve, the need for more people to manage the forum is more than evident. In the last couple of years FIA's membership has multiplied several times and these days, over 1,000 registered members visit the site daily. So far we've been doing with very few moderators, including the very kind help offered by those who had already moved on from their tasks. Now it's time to inject new blood into our team and for us to gradually fade in the sunset. (Cowboy hat, horse and Ennio Morricone tune included) FIA is an adult services review forum by punters for punters. As such, we are looking for enthusiastic punters (preferably active reviewers too) with a passion for escorts, parlours and everything which is Fun in Australia (and why not... overseas too!)  As a forum, we are quite unique. We are Australia's #1 Escort & Parlour Guide. We have a very practical approach to things and reviews are our focus. Reviewers are considered royalty, yet we have a very human soul that some big international forums lack. We wouldn't like to miss any of that, and the right people are therefore needed to keep the boat not only afloat but sailing comfortably in the right direction.What we are now is the product of seven years of hard work and pure love, lots of generosity from those moderating the site throughout the years and those contributing the information, plus the support of our sponsors. Moderating is an unpaid and thankless task and that's not an empty phrase; most of the good work goes unnoticed. That type of work can be boring and the only satisfaction often is to see more and more people impressed by what we have to offer, and the tips and reviews always flowing (which hopefully you will keep profiting from). Moderators on FIA tend to do more administrative tasks than what they moderate discussions. There aren't big sets of internal rules to perform these duties but trust, respect and commonsense are paramount. (And a huge amount of patience and diplomacy too!)
The technical aspect is far from challenging, and the moderators' tasks are not much more technically demanding than what it takes to use the forum as a simple member.
If you think you have what it takes, you may apply by submitting the form called "Applications" that eligible groups can see at the top right corner menu of each page (right below the rotating banners). Those few with who we have discussed the possibility already, please submit the form anyway to indicate you're still interested if that's the case.
As it's traditional on FIA, we would like to have one mod for each different region of the country. A lot of cross over work happens regardless, but when applying please select your relevant State.
